Common mistakes in English:
1. Often an apostrophe is added to any kind of noun and even adjectives. This should be avoided. Only in the nouns denoting living things , personified nouns and space or time the possessive inflection should be used. Like monkey's paw, fortune's wheel and a day's hard work.
