CAT Vocabulary
Learning vocabulary is a very important part for CAT grammar questions. The more words you know, the more you will be able to understand what you read; and the better you will be able to answer the questions with greater accuracy.
Arun Sharma has provided us with the list of words catogarised into three parts as high, medium and low frequency words into his CAT book. Go through the word list every now and then. To be good at vocab one should study the words continuously for two hours everyday. (without fail ) Well is that the only book which is sufficient for CAT? My answer to this is NO! Vocab is the vast topic so its better to lay your hands on as many good vocab books as possible.
1. Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis : It's an osum book to read. but one should read it religiously.
At the beginning author asks us to go through an exercise on vocab. It will show you how much deep you are in the sea of vocab! My favorite book!
2. Books by Cambridge publication
and there are many more which i will let you know during the process of studying CAT.
